Ben Behrendt, MS, QBT, PES, CSCS*D, NSCA-CPT*D

As a physiologist, Ben enjoys working with people of all ages, helping them successfully achieve goals while improving their health and well-being. His involvement in a number of sports as well as athletic teams has provided an excellent base of knowledge from which to draw from. Everything from bowling, biking, and swimming in the US Nationals to dance competitions has helped to provide a well-rounded experience in individual and team sports. While attending Valparaiso University, a Division 1 school, Ben was a member of the swim, outdoor track and ballroom dance teams. He has placed in a number of competitions as a member of the collegiate ballroom dance team and shares that experience with others by teaching ballroom dancing. He enjoys crew and being on a rowing team. Ben has been involved with youth outdoor programs, where he helped community children build relationships while being introduced to the outdoors.

Ben holds an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and has an extensive graduate level education portfolio. His graduate degree is a Masters of Science in Exercise Science, Health Promotion and Injury Prevention with a sub-specialty in Performance Enhancement. He incorporates energy medicine through quantum biofeedback utilizing his International License in Quantum Biofeedback, and holds several board certifications for human performance, stress reduction and lifestyle management.  He is a published author through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

Ben, as a performance enhancement specialist and trainer/physiologist, has worked with numerous people and teams of varied ages and skill levels; from the beginner to the serious or professional athlete, from grade school, high school, college age and beyond. Professional teams and athletes from the NFL, CFL, AFL, MLB, as well as, other sports, and Olympic athletes round out those Ben have worked with.
